My Florence is gorgeous. <3 <3

Look at those huge eyes that you just wanna drown in, and those pretty lips… Sometimes I really can’t help but look at her pretty features. Goodness, I both sound and feel like a lesbian, excuse me. Hehehehehe.

I think I’m getting used to my lack of social life or perhaps, I’m just exaggerating.

I do have a social life, its just last week’s schedule was hectic because I mainly start in the afternoon and end at night so there’s hardly any chances of hanging out with friends. Furthermore, it was stock take so everyone was buried deep in paper work and me, being the newbie had to endure all that crap. Bleh. But by weekend, everything has more or less settled down and we’re all happy people again!

For the friends who surprised me by coming down to visit me, thank you guys so much!

You had no idea how much a simple and sincere smile turned my whole day of trash and anger and annoyance into a day of joy and glee. =D

Sometimes, just SOMETIMES, I really love my life.

I must set aside a couple of years of my future just so I can work for a top photographer for free and learn whatever I can. There’s so much to learn about fashion photography… I am just a amateur who does street photography but wow, to do high fashion and avant garde…

Even my talented photographer friends are not on par.

Will you believe I am married to my job, 5 days a week?

I’m quite pleased that I’ve adjusted to my lack of a social life… although my poor 1,273 friends have to be squeezed within two off days and before or after working hours. My social life pretty much consists of random visits from friends (who really really make my day when they drop by to say hi), teh and the many photoshoots. I know I mentioned about being on a break but I just can’t!

Even when I model, I’m itching to take the camera and take control of the scene.

Regarding work, I guess I am quite happy…

I am surrounded by one of my favourite things in the world: books.

They take me places, beyond Singapore and definitely beyond the cashier counter which I am almost stuck to.

I passed by Simei today and was completely overwhelmed by bittersweet feelings. Right then, I realised how much I miss nursing and how much I miss school and how much I miss complaining that I don’t want to do nursing. Okay, I still don’t want to do nursing but I’ve grown to love it. Helping others is addictive you know. =)

Anyway, I am happy for a couple of my friends (Benn and Sandra, woot) and those who love me, you know where to find me.

Sometimes when you think work is so fucking boring, you’re in for a shock.

An example would be teenage boys equipped with a brain no larger than a pea nor an ounce of consideration for others… plus a whole lot of free time. Both customers and my colleagues alike were surprised to find it raining sweets and chewing gum in a mall. My manager had to go up to the arcade to give those kids a peace of his mind, I wasn’t sure what happened up there but I bet it was pretty exciting!

I heard there were security guards who called up their parents and all.

Hehehe.
